  • 2 cups coarse ground coffee for brewing strong cold brew
  • 4 cups water hot or room temperature for brewing
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice can substitute with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger blend
  • 2 tablespoons pure pumpkin puree for added pumpkin flavor
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust sweetness to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine the ground coffee with water in the brewing device and let it steep for at least 8 hours or overnight in the fridge for a cold brew concentrate.
  2. Once brewing is complete, strain the coffee through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher, removing any grounds.
  3. Whisk together the pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, and honey until well combined and fragrant.
  4. Add the spice mixture to the cold brew concentrate and stir thoroughly to infuse the flavors evenly.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the spiced cold brew over the ice, creating a layered, inviting appearance.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of extra pumpkin pie spice or a cinnamon stick if desired.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness and spice levels to your preference. For an extra creamy texture, add a splash of milk or almond milk before serving.
