- Scoop out small spoonfuls of the mixture and roll them gently between your palms to form little balls. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.
- Repeat the process until all of the mixture is shaped into bites. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
