Sprinkle the crumbled feta over the spinach and cook for another minute, stirring gently to combine, allowing the cheese to melt slightly and coat the greens.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, giving the mixture a final stir to distribute the flavors evenly.
Remove the skillet from heat once the feta is slightly melted and the spinach is vibrant green and glossy.
Spoon the warm sautéed spinach and feta onto a plate and serve immediately as a flavorful side or light main course.
