Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup honeydew melon, cubed ripe and sweet
  • 2 tablespoons honey preferably floral or wildflower honey
  • 3 ounces gin your favorite brand
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice for brightness
  • ice cubes as needed ice for chilling

Method
 

  1. Place the cubed honeydew melon into a blender and blend until smooth and fragrant, about 30 seconds. You should see a bright, greenish liquid with a slightly thick texture.
  2. Add the honey to the blender and blend again until fully integrated, creating a sweet, flavored melon puree.
  3. Pour the honeydew mixture into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until very cold and well mixed.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass to remove any residual pulp or ice shards, resulting in a smooth, vibrant green drink.
  5. Add the gin and lemon juice to the glass, then gently stir to combine, balancing the sweetness with a touch of tartness.
  6. Garnish with a small slice of honeydew or a sprig of mint for a fresh visual and aromatic touch, then serve immediately for the best flavor.

Notes

For an extra touch of color, you can add a splash of blue curaƧao or garnish with edible flowers.
